I ordered the saree of worth Rs. 799/-, but i got received the wrong saree and it is ready to throw in dust bin. Iam sending mails to cancel the order but there is no reply yet all from them. If i call to customer care they are asking about phone no. and banking details this is not the correct way to refund. As per the norms they have to go. But they are fake and doing fraud with sending wrong sarees i concluded. Iam not knowing to whom i complaint but somebody will take serious action to punish them. But in this session so many complanits regarding wrong sarees about sareestylez because they are keeping good and attractive sarees in site but not in reality. I need cancellation and refund because it’s important to me.
