I have taken loan amount of Rs 60,000 with NDX P2P PRIVATE LIMITED, UNI CARD which was reported Rs 5,11,800 in my CIBIL , due to which i have foreclosed my loan on 04.02.2025. Despite continuous follow up with the organization, proper response has not been received yet. I have two demands with UNI Cards :
1) Proper reporting of sanctioned loan amount in my CIBIL as the organization has reported wrong amount due to which i am not able to get loan from any other organization and also it decreases my cibil by 70 points. Despite serveral request from UNI Cards they have not done the same and also not responding to my email and calls.
2) Closure of all kinds of account with UNI Cards, Despite several follow up they are not closing my account.
I am requesting with you to kindly help me to resolve my issues at earliest.
