This mail is in respect to my CIBIL score in which it has been shown that i have taken a personal loan of Rs.84,000 from your company NDX P2P PRIVATE LIMITED having registered office at 1st Floor, B-104, “The Qube” having C.T.S. No. 1498, A/2, M.V. Road, Marol, Andheri (East) Mumbai Mumbai City MH 400059 IN wide account No.557725 and has made default in payment of it and you have filed a suit against m as you have reported this to credit agencies.

I have attached screen shot of two credit Agencies
1. Experian and 2. Crief.

showing that the amount has been written off by you.

I would like to inform that i have never taken any loan from your organisation and neither any questions of default.

I request you to kindly provide them a report quoting my PAN No. and removing the details that has been reported by you wilfully.

I have attached screen shot of the report of credit agencies also.

I request you to take action on that matter.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
