I had booked home sample collection for 7-9 test and I got a report of CBC in which only 12,000 pallets was showing but I was confused so I had rebook the same test and the report of this test was ok 1,27,000 pallets was showing in next day report then I have complaint in DR. LAL LAB PATH and I got a phone call in which customer care executive told me that the report which was provided is belongs to some another person whose name is Pooja but the generated in the name of Preeti then I was totally confused next week again I got a call from customer care executive they are giving me discount of ₹ 200 if will recheck the test of approx ₹7100/- of which I got wrong report by Dr lal lab path.
