I have been committed with Rs299 plan with Rs100 discount for a year while porting my number but after porting you are telling me there is no such plan and won’t get the commitment benefits, I have to continue with 399 plan with no benefits.
This is ridiculous service and now you tell me I have to continue with the same plan.
Your supervisor Suraj had committed me with with best possible compensation but now I have to call again and again and there is no compensation also and the executive was very rude to me.
Service request no. 31-3765171706333 was also closed without informing me and no solution has been given.
