This is my jio fiber no.is 7443554421 today i mistakenly recharged with trending plan1768 rs per month.which is huge amount.i always use 470rs per month plan.when i called for jio custmer care( nd jio fiber too) they refused to refund or change plan….sir if they cant refund atleast change it for longer validity plan.i will be gratful if you help me.me nd my mom only person here who use jio fiber.we dont need that much of data speed …. we cant afford it too.
I have my exam nd i am stressed bcz of this ?
