My client Ms Nila Palit paid Rs 5000/- for USA mobile no. on 18/05/22 for prepaid recharge from your Airtel store. Due to great mistake by your representative any how recharge the same for post paid, as a result recharge is still pending. In earlier occasions I did the same operation and there was no problem. While prepaid was not activated, means fund is hanged. Moreover sim is prepaid, not post paid. So I request your honour either refund the same in her Bank account or reverse the same to (paid amount not activated, check your data base) as a prepaid activation within 03 working days. Otherwise I will approach to TRAI to resolve the issue with pentalt charges for her mental and physical harresment.
Her all details along with previous mailed copied are attached with this mail for your reference please.
