I have mistakenly recharged Rs 398 to 9972382663 which is not 4G enabled SIM. Hence kindly initiate refund to the original payment account

Ideally the after entering the airtel number, the system should permit to pick the 4G services since the SIM is not support the 4G services.
Even I am not able to contact the customer care as the call is not diverting to the customer care people at all
