I am writing to request a refund for a mobile recharge that I accidentally made to the wrong number. On 19 july 23 , I attempted to recharge my own mobile number with rs 719 but accidentally entered the wrong number. I realized my mistake immediately after making the payment and tried to contact the recipient to cancel the recharge, but they have not responded to my messages.
I have attached a copy of my receipt for the recharge as proof of purchase. I would appreciate it if you could refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.
