On 29th of Feb , I did my Jio recharge from Jio app. But, unfortunately or by error that plan was not for my device or my fitted plan option. I tried so many times to reach there customer care to cancel or change the plan option. But, instead of helping they are telling we do not have provision of refund or change in plan option. Every online app services have some options to solve the issue. Bit, instead of that they are telling to recharge new plan & new payment option. It’s completely disloyal & cheating things for loyal customers. Even also, the T& C also mentioned in very hidden part so, it’s difficult to read also.
