I accidentally prepaid recharged a wrong number (9242067778) instead of (9242087778) on 1st feb 2019, from airtel noney account.
My PAyment Details are

i have called and informed to customer care also, they promissed that they will return my recharge to my airtel number on or before 4th feb 2019, but they are not yet reversed my amount, every day am calling to airtel customer care they told me to cal and enquirer in airtel customer care and they give customer care numer also that numbers are 400 or 8800688006. but calls not at all connecting to airtel money payment customer care. kindly help me to reverse my amount & do the needfull
