Mistakenly, I recharged on wrong mobile number of 698 amount ( which was overlapping it’s current pack ) and i requested airtel customer care to either extend current pack validity or revert the transaction. I rised 1 request on same day and 1 more on next day. But they said that I recharged with third party so they can not help me and closed my both requests. It’s useless for me now.
