Text of Complaint by Rinita Ghosh:

Yesterday I recharged rs. 45 from the official online prepaid recharge site of airtel and it was done. But afterthat whenever I am about to call someone it is telling that “you don’t have enough sufficient balance to make a call”. I recharged the talktime for rs 45 scheme in which no internet balance is included. I want my money back and will recharge for a new scheme.
