I used the Cred app to recharge my Airtel number on 14th August 2023 with a 3359 plan of 2.5GB/day for 365 days. But my recharge was done for another Number. I contacted the3 Airtel customer service and told them the issue, I was refused a refund or change of plan saying Airtel was not responsible for the mistake as it was done by a third-party app. Then I contacted the Cred customer service through their app but i got unsatisfactory computer-generated responses. Cred app does not have a customer service number and it is very difficult to get my issue resolved
