I have recharge of 2999 for 1 year but it has done in other number. I lodge a complaint to customer care but in vein. She said the recharge will not be refund or shifted. The wrong recharge can’t be proceeded. I want to know how it is not to be refunded. It is not 299, it is 2999. And I am very sad that I am a honest consumer of AIRTEL, Still there is no solution.
