on 28 november i wanted to recharge 378 rs internet service of airtel but due to some mistake i did 398 recharge,i registered complaint to airtel helpline airtel costumer care executive told me with in 10 days your money will be refund and you can do another recharge .Then recharged new pack of 378 rs….i talk to 2 more customer care executive they all said same thing….but today i call them once again but they denying to refund money…
