Dear team,
On 11th Oct Sunday, I had done one recharge on my husband’s mobile number instead of my mom’s Idea number from Amazon.
Details are as follows:-
Wrong Airtel Mobile number : 9429666530
Correct Idea Mobile number : 9408596333
Operator Reference Number 659663696
As discussed with Charles Parmar(one of your executive having branch at Janta Chokdi office, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat) , I will not get the refund of the wrong credit as far as days validity is concerned as my husband has taken up yearly recharge package.
That means, paying high amount or taking yearly benefit is wrong thing here.
He told to contact customer care and is denying to revert the email also.
Request you to please modify the entry and refund funds back to me or provide days validity extension for the wrong recharge done by me in my spouse’s account.
