I recharged for ₹399 pack with a coupon of ₹50 giving a total recharge of ₹349 on 16 jan via card and today when I checked my recharge validity it showed that i had done a recharge of ₹199 with a validity of 28 days.
I have attached a screenshot of my mini statement. Do consider it please.
