I apply new connection request thru website..sales person contacted me and asked amount and we will connection provide same day..so I sent amount.after payment I tried so many times.but sales person not pick call..so I called customer service..they tell installation will tale time within 72 hrs .but this time not tell by sales man..he provided fake promise to me ..very worst airtel service..customer service team response also very worst
