Respected sir/Mam
I am Rohit Kumar customer of airtel mob. No 9596971440 from UT jammu & Kashmir i want to say that I recharged Rs 251 (3 time ) on my number last three months continuously And the offer has been given by airtel company ( Rs 251) ( same as existing pack) but after recharge company changed my plan.
I called so many time customer care about my problem but they don’t respond me satisfactorily.
I want justice from your part thanking you in anticipation.
