I’ve ordered 4 designer suits from lime line and paid rs.1486 online on 4th May’19. My order number was 41304 which was received on 10th may’19 through blue dart with wrong products (4 Sarees).
I’ve called so many times on customer support but not getting any response rather none of the executive answered.
While requesting the refund through consumer support no. of limeline the line is getting disconnected, which I tried around 15-17 times. Then on complaining through email I was given ticket number – 25132 , in which it was written to get a call from limeline within 48 hrs.
To your notice I haven’t received any call till date nor any action taken. They are not taking calls and not even responding to mails now.
I m really disappointed with the behaviour and now I’ve started feeling as if it is done deliberately. Kindly take necessary action to my request of getting my cash back. I want to file a report against limeline as it is a case of online fraud.
