Text of Complaint by Narendra Kumar Morapakula:

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have ordered I Care Ultra Dry 1CHD1 Hair Dryer worth of 299/- (250/- product cost +49 delivery fee) on 01/06/2021 online in Flipkart. I have received order on 06/06/2021. By seeing that pack, it was small and light weight, immediately I have opened and observed that I have received another different product i.e., Inductive Rainbow colour cup (glass). Immediately I have raised complaint and we have explained total information to customer care. Then customer care said that and regret for the inconvenience.

Also, I have ordered for replacement on that same day.

For 2nd time also, I have received 2nd order on 12/06/2021 which is irrelevant product i.e., Flex Tape. Immediately, I have raised complaint and uploaded the photos, and explained total information to customer care executive (gents).

Moreover, I have not found seller contact details in this app but this flipkart executive (gents) took a conference call with the seller by putting me hold on call for 20 minutes and no response/call disconnected.

Another executive Ms. Simranjeet kaur called me and she’s unable to answer my queries over phone and dropped a message stating that they were unable to locate my order. My complaint ticket was closed and resolved.

Not but not least, refund request placed. (Will wait & see)

Also, I’m unable to update my feedback on this product in flipkart app.

For, 2nd time also, the seller did not rectified his mistake. This caused me mental agony and harassment.

Request you to take necessary action on seller that this is not going to happen in future to any buyer/customer.
