I have order lenovo ideapad 130 with windows and ms office when I got ms office was not available and the box was in damage when I called flipkart care there said we will replace within 30 October when I called out  30 October there said we have got cancell request where O don’t give any cancel request everyday I am call to flipkart care I am not getting proper solution or e was bad service I have taken plus member ships and I can’t see the service and they are not able to transfer to manager
