Text of Complaint by Jitto Jose:

Dear Consumer Court,

I had purchased the product of order number 171-1223629-1065121 from Amazon India on March 23 2021 and it was delivered to me on March 31. But, wrong product was sent which is lower in price and different in brand compared to the one I purchased. Now, the dealer is refusing to give me a replacement or refund of the product as they are stating that the correct product was delivered when it is not. Hoping to take right actions on the issue.
