Text of Complaint by Ganesh:

I ordered a redmi note 9 pro of worth 14,000 rupee on 3rd october cash on delivery was not available so I made a payment online and received order on 6th october but as opened the box I was shocked to see that product was redmi 9 prime which worth 10,000 only i told delivery boy about that i ran away by saying i dont no nothing.

After that app does not have any option to return or replacement although it had but for name you should ultimately call to customer call for return or replacement.Number is also difficult to find.

After that i called customer service they told that refund is not possible and placed replacement order but app is very worst it updates it after 24 hour and when i visited my order section there was 2 order so i canceld another order but i didn’t know that its replacement order after that i again called and replacement order was placed but no delivery date was given and my product was picked up on 7th october.

Ordered was reached amazon warehouse on 13th october again i called customer service they told that order will dispatch after 7 days after product reach they warehouse and excluding saturday and sunday and finally n 23rd october product dispatched not really only shown for me on that app and 30th october delivery date was given but on 30th october it said your product is running late and it will get you by 3rd november but on 3rd november it said products are rarely this much late and no delivery date and again i called customer service they told that we will refund your money by 9th october but on today 9th october i again called and told that i will get refund by tomorrow but i am writing this complaint due there date on date activity .
