I had ordered for a salwar kurta from the brand biba apparel’s Pvt LTD through Myntra. Myntra delivered a different kurta in place of the salwar kurta set from Biba. I went ahead and registered a complaint and requested for the product exchange which Myntra approved and attempted the second time delivery. To my absolute shock this time just a dupatta was delivered to me in place of the salwar kurta. All the more, when I went to raise this concern again, my concern was declined and they asked me to settle with the wrong product saying they went through the quality check and the packaging was not tampered. The question here is that I shared the product bar code, the package and the product picture with them to cross check their system. I had never complained about the package tampering or a damaged product. The complain was for a wrong product and this is a clear case of cheating from Myntra where o have paid a sum of Rs.1819 for a salwar suit set and was delivered with a Duppatta worth Rs.799
