I want to return my product and refund my amount they gave me wrong product i ordered combo of Bluetooth earphones but i get only one

Yes, i also faced this problem. but now we dont have any contact number or email address that we return product or contact bass guru.
so what we have to do?,
Need to take quick action because they are doing fraud with geniue customer.
And in return policy mention all that things but at time of return contact number is not working no support email address avalable.
