I had bought Aquaguard Select Water Softner C-1200 from Eureka Forbes (for bathroom usage) on 13-Jul-2025, invoice no. 126270146295, the company sales person – Sambhaji Gavali. During the visit, the sales person had mentioned size of the device as 14×12 and he mentioned it can be fitted in the bathroom without any problem, hence I ordered and paid the amount of 43999/- for the same. Technician came in for visit for looking into installation; stand was ordered and then on the day of installation to our surprise it was realized that device size 18×14 is not at all suitable for my bathroom.
I raised sales complaint (CM-250725-56227930) with the company to take the product back and refund my money because it was ordered with wrong pretext. Has been calling up for update but there is no update, only update I get is – the case has been escalated.
I contacted the sales person and he saying, you are not getting it installed. He is also lying about the place of installation, I never discussed about getting the device installed in dry-balcony because bathroom pipeline is not present there. But the sales person is lying now.
I want my money back and the device taken from my place (the device has not been unboxed).
