I had ordered CROCS Bayaband slides of size 10 and received size 11, this was the open box delivery and as soon as I saw the product I informed this is the wrong size to delivery agent, he informed me to return it using the application and this issue will be resolved. Later without wasting time I had raised a issue to replacement and they kept rejecting this happend 3 times without valid reason.Uploading proff if images which says wrong size
