Dear Sir/Madam I am Suvendu residing at Rourkela, i have ordered beet Q11 pro smart watch throgh retail website “ zepwear.store “ on 05.12.2019. today 12.12.2019 they delivered me with EKART logistics and i paid the amount Rs.990 through credit card. but when i opened the package i shocked to see the different product cheap 100 Rupees steel analog watch.
