I ordered a set of three Shirts for Rs.1099/= Order No: HLM 16301 on 25.12.2019 to Reply Trend. Fake items received on 30.12.2019 and payment of Rs.1099/= has been done. Talked on same day about the items on Mobile no-8016661906 i.e. Customer Care of Reply Trend. They assured that they will collect the items and refund the amount within 24 hrs.
But no body come for the same. Even today when I am calling they diverted the call and no body receiving the call. On 02.01.2020 they received the call and asked about google pay account. I am not using the google pay . I requested them to refund my amount through DD or RTGS but they refuse.
