Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered Microphone mixer set which has 3 items, but we got only microphone that also is a different model. Complained to amazon but they are saying the expected item is delivered and on time so they cant offer return or refund. After lot of messages on twitter, amazon chat and calls, they enabled return on the item. When the return agent came he refused to take it, as it is a different item. On top of that, he marked the status of the return as customer refused return. Please help. This was my son’s birthday gift and they totally spoilt it for us now. They are saying they have seen xrays, either they are lying or the seller has cheated on purpose by uploading different xray and sending another item. Please find the image with the products, customer service message and the order number.
