i trusted amazon more than local dealer. But i was wrong and lost my 29200 rupees. I ordered a lg ac 1.5 ton window worth 29,200 but seller sent me wrong product with different model. Now amazon is not contacting the seller instead not even cooperating with me in returning the product. please somebody help. i will never buy from amazon. today i lost 29200 and amazon lost 6 years old customer. very sad.
