I had ordered Skechers shoes first on 28 dec 2022.The product came out to be
wrong.After returning the wrong product on 3 jan 2023, I reordered the same product, considering as human error.
After placing the same order once again, I was again cheated with the wrong product.And when I’m placing the order for return, the aren’t allowing me to process.
On vigorous trying there is no response. Consumer care aren’t responding me. I’m attaching all the details below.
We have thought that flipkart is a genuine app, with reliable and trustable products. This is to inform you that I have ordered Skechers shoes. Instead of that I have being given another product.
If this is the situation and you aren’t willing to replace me. I shall contact the consumer department for this. and also i shall contact to government of India and GRAHAK SHURKCHA for this .
