I have got a wrong product. And there is no process on the website to file compliant.

Same thing happened with me. I paid 999 rupee for the product which was completely different of what was shown and written on th website. Forget about the quality, the product itself is completely different worth not more than 200 rupee.

Ordered something nd received something else
i received my product today and 899/- set of 3 legging and it is not at all how it shows in the pictures. The quality is extremely cheap and received wrong colors and size was also very very small. There is no refund or return procedure. Its a fraud website and the numbers on the parcel are always busy or switched off. Fraud people do not prosper in life. If anyone finds a solution to get a refund kindly share.
