I ordered a product named ‘4 men polo t-shirts turkey imported’ from a website named fusion of brands with the payment method cash of delivery.the product was delivered to me by ekart.the product I received is completely faulty,they gave me product which was returned by many customers,as it has all the packets of different people with thier address, and the final packet was with my name. I genuinely feel this website is a fraud,I am 16 and it took me a lot of effort to collect this money. I told the delivery guy that this product is wrong,he told he cannot do anything.please see to these and help me get my refund back and help other people too by taking action against this website
