On 10th july 2023 at 10.16 am, I ordered one inkfree printpro printer on Instagram ad at luxetrends by COD, on 16th uly 2023 the Ecom express courier boy delivered to me one parcel and collected the amount of Rs.1790/- in cash and he left, i opened that parcel and to my surprise I saw an expired body Lotion inside worth of Rs. 250/-. Immediately I called that delivery boy to show that parcel what i receive, but he said only delivering the parcel was his job and he cannot do anything in that regard. For returning purpose I tried to scan the QR code but the site for returns on QR code says that IP address is not available.
And the same time I complained to luxetrends shop’s email on the same day 2nd July 2023, but the email ID from which I had received the confirmation mail for order does not seem to exist anymore.
