Hi Team,
This is to bring to your attention that I had ordered a dress and I received a different product, this is possibly a fraud by showing one product and giving another product to the customer. I am attaching a screenshot of What was ordered and what was delivered to me.
I will report this as fraud. I would like an exchange of the product please or a refund of the amount I paid. I will report this to higher level, it would be better if you consider it a serious matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
