This is to inform you that i had ordered Combo of 03 Casual Fashion Shirt of Rs 1499/- on 13th August 21 from The shirt deal. Delivery was done by DTDC courier with AWB No: 102446509 but when i opened the packet i saw product is totally different from which i ordered online. I have paid Rs 1500/- cash to delivery boy as price is mentioned on parcel and delivery boy asked me to pay before delivery . I want to refund this packet as order is totally wrong. I’m first time user, highly disappointed with service. They have mentioned 2 different toll free numbers which are not contactable even i wrote them email as well which is mentioned in their website but not getting any response. Please help me to get my full refund amount at the earliest. I’m middle class person who earns only 10000/- per month. Request to you please help me.
