Recently I had ordered earbuds form mivi official website it was mivi superpods halo which had more features and price was more but when the package arrived outside covering was of the product I had ordered but inside it was old used and different product which has less value and features then the product I had ordered I tried to complain to mivi they ignored it I tried to comment them in Instagram they deleted my comment and I have sent 10 emails to all their official email ids no response and they keep pushing me I’m emotionally and mentally hurt very much even lost my money in this please help me find justice order id is 93738
