My name is Ashok, and I recently placed an order on your platform(Jollyeyes) with the order number 1127986. I am writing to bring to your attention that I received the wrong items in my order, and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Details of my order are as follows:

Order Date: 24.01.2024

Items Ordered: 3 in 1 Magnetic Polarized Sunglasses

Incorrect Items Received: Normal Sunglass

I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate your attention to this matter. I kindly request your prompt assistance in rectifying this issue. I would like to apply for a full refund of my money.
