On 6 june 2023, I placed an order for a specific product with the Order ID: GMC6170 with description Blue Cotton Floral Print Anarkali set-L(AZS44) -1.
However, to my dismay, I received a completely different product that does not match my original order.
As a customer, I had high expectations and trusted that my order would be processed accurately and delivered as expected.
I have attached pictures of both the incorrect product I received and the original product I had ordered for your reference. The discrepancy between the two is evident, and I hope these images provide clarity on the situation.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in rectifying this matter.
