I had ordered curtains on 20th February 2022 with the order # 406-7373033-2710756. I received the shipment on 23rd February 2022. But when the packet was opened, the product was totally different. I didn’t receive the products that I had ordered.
Regarding this I had raised a complaint on the same day on customer support. They mentioned that the complaint will be investigated by our team and will give the feedback on 27th February 2022.
When I called today, 27th February 2022, I was told that the investigation is complete and I have received the right product.
Now Amazon is not ready to return or refund the product that I had not ordered.
