I had ordered a black buda jeans shoe which costed 907 rupees and I received a blue show which is a wrong product
I later contacted the customer care for return of the product and then they asked me to send the picture of the product and I sent them a mail and got a reply that they have provided the right product and I contacted customer care again and asked them to solve my query
I wrote back a mail of the query and got a reply telling they can’t replace the product since it is not returnable but it is not mentioned in the terms and conditions as it clearly says it shall be liable to return the product if wrong product is received.
