I have received a wrong product whose brand is different, size and colour different, price is less than i have paid to ajio.
But when i apply for return by saying that wrong product received then ajio fails my verification. They say it doesn’t full fill our criteria so it couldn’t be returned.
And if i didnot mention that it is a wrong product, then the delivery boy picks up my product but they say that your product failed in the quality check.
How will i return my product and how will i get my refund?
