I am Sachin from india, I had a very bad day due to your Amazon people negligence and It hurt my emotions badly which you guys can’t repair that also on my birthday.
Yesterday was my birthday and my gf had ordered a gift through amazon which I have received 4 days before and I was waiting for the moment to open the gift . But the worst thing had happened
These Amazon people kept some other product in the gift which clear shows high negligence of your people. And they made my birthday worst.
Will you or someone give my moment back. And when I called to Amazon customer that also next difficult job to reach them.
