I ordered football shoes from an Instagram page footballcentral.in ! they were very friendly and in a hurry of having a steal of shoes I placed the order for 2600 cod. I received the order couple of days later till then they didn’t reply to my text. I received the order but they were some cheap shoes. I contacted them they didn’t reply for days I contacted them from different id. founded out a phone number and account detail of theirs but I don’t know what to do next coz the phone no. is unreachable. now recently I found out they used the same upi id on some other fraud page as well more_fx for trading!!
what should I do I have 2 phone numbers and names
2 account numbers?
but I paid in cod is it possible to do anything next?
