i ordered mini portable electric shaver ( Pocket Shave) onlie from the seller VIBEWINS through cash on delivery mode. instead of that i received a VIVO brand power bank ( looks duplicate) . i tried to contact the seller for either replacement or refund for this mishap but they are not responding .
