Hello
I am regular customer…. I ordered Ledderbuck Men’s slim Genuine Leather Laptop Messenger bag (Order no 404-9090967-5201105), but I got another bag (wrong product). I have been waiting for about 20 days now and after multiple calls (4-5 times ) and each time talking to new customer service and then their supervisor ( all new ppl every time!!) they are giving the different reasons some saying the money can’t be refundable becoz of wrong item return and some said your refund already credit to your original account… I cant believe a company like amazon can’t resolve my grievance in 20 days time..
So kindly look into this matter asap… and hoping for a speedy resolution.. thanks!
