I have ordered a lehenga from kalista ethics. They product I received is different from what I ordered. I have tried to contact them on every platform even write so many mails, but they are responding. And even the the option for return and refund is not working on theirs website.

I had ordered Pink lehanga( 80020883331) from Kalista Ethics and had received the product which is very different from the original one and they aren’t answering my call nor replying to my texts so that I can return my product.
